•  Build My Space Ltd provides a 2-year guarantee covering workmanship only for the work carried out for the client.
•  This guarantee excludes **all materials**. Materials must be supplied by the client at their own cost, and Build My Space Ltd accepts no responsibility for defects or failures arising from materials.
•  The guarantee includes free call-outs, free investigation, and free labour **only when** the investigation confirms that the issue results directly from our workmanship.
•  If the investigation determines that the fault does not arise from our workmanship, any call-out, diagnostics, labour, or corrective work will be chargeable.
•  This guarantee becomes **void immediately** if the client hires, allows, or instructs any other contractor, handyman, or professional to repair, alter, modify, interfere with, or carry out any work associated with or affecting the work completed by Build My Space Ltd.
•  The guarantee applies only to the specific work outlined in the original agreed scope and does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, external factors, or natural wear and tear.
•  Any guarantee claim must be reported to Build My Space Ltd as soon as reasonably possible after the fault is discovered.
•  Build My Space Ltd reserves the right to inspect and investigate any reported issue before approving corrective action.
•  This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original client for whom the work was completed.
